I find it quite interesting that the city of Philadelphia has a brain drain from young people leaving town once they get their degrees. It was a prominent Sunday Philadelphia Inquirer piece (April 6, 2003). I give kudos to the GPCC for hiring Mr. Morr;however, there has no been no mention or policy inititiative set out by your group setting forth a similar policy to areas of the country like say Oklahoma which gives tax incentives for young married couples for continuing to live in the state and not relocating elsewhere. It seems as if your organization is alot of talk, and no action.

Lastly, with respect to the Operation Native Talent job fair, which was formerly known as Operation Native Son, changed because of P.C. It used to be a great job fair to attend. To not require as members of the GPCC to attend this once a year job fair is also a major let down. The late Fred DiBona was definitely a true leader/visionary. We need new leadership at the helm of the GPCC to bring about true positive change for the Greater Philadelphia Business Community and surrounding areas.
